Jason fixed my picture, yay!
Not that I'm particularly thrilled with the new one, or of any picture of myself for that matter. I am no longer wearing a bunny suit. This is a good thing. In other news, I snuck in a brief surf this morning. It was about shoulder high and peeling fast! I came to the realization that I'm really not a shortboarder. Shortboarding and longboarding are very different, on a longboard you really just point the board in the direction you want to go and you just glide along. On a shortboard, you have to pump and really work for your speed, which is damn hard. I'm going to work on that. I'll keep you posted (No, I probably won't). This morning did provide me with some much needed water time, the annual Morro Bay Surf Expedition is happening early this year, and I need to be ready to surf 'till I puke next Tuesday. I will let you know how the trip goes. (No really, I will).
